Kane, who is known for her tumultuous marriage to Evander Kane, leading to their divorce in 2021, was named as the plaintiff in legal documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
The amended complaint, in which Kane was ordered to reveal her identity to continue the lawsuit, stated that hers was 'the fifth suit filed against Combs over a three-week period in winter 2023' after his ex-girlfriend Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura's since-settled suit.

Kane also shared a statement with DailyMail.com on Friday via her attorney Doug Wigdor.

She claimed that he asked her to sit on his lap for a photo before he and the two other defendants began to entice her to stay and party with them.
She alleged it was at Combs' recording studio that the rap mogul and others plied her with drugs and alcohol before sexually assaulting her.
Kane claimed that she became 'more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age.'
