Anna Kane, the former wife of NHL star Evander Kane, has identified herself as one of the accusers in a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

The hip hop mogul, who is currently in federal custody awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, was previously arrested in New York on September 16.

In addition to the criminal charges against him, he is also facing a series of civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and physical violence.

Out of the dozens of suits, the identity of one accuser has been revealed to be the ex-wife of a professional hockey player in new legal documents filed in the state of New York on Friday.

Kane, who is known for her tumultuous marriage to Evander Kane, leading to their divorce in 2021, was named as the plaintiff in legal documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

The amended complaint, in which Kane was ordered to reveal her identity to continue the lawsuit, stated that hers was 'the fifth suit filed against Combs over a three-week period in winter 2023' after his ex-girlfriend Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura's since-settled suit.

Kane also shared a statement with DailyMail.com on Friday via her attorney Doug Wigdor.

Kane said she accepted the invitation and went with him to New York City, where she met Combs in a recording studio. 

Photos of the alleged studio meeting were included in her new filing with her face blurred as she was a minor at the time.

She claimed that he asked her to sit on his lap for a photo before he and the two other defendants began to entice her to stay and party with them.

She alleged it was at Combs' recording studio that the rap mogul and others plied her with drugs and alcohol before sexually assaulting her. 

Kane claimed that she became 'more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age.' 

Kane claimed that Combs took her to a bathroom and penetrated her from behind as she was bent over a sink even though she did not consent. 

Combs has denied the allegations. 

She said she was gang raped by Combs, the Third Assailant and Pierre, in that order.

Kane claimed that at one point, while going in and out of consciousness, she saw in the reflection of the mirror that the Third Assailant had replaced Combs and was raping her.

While she was telling him to stop, she claimed Combs was sitting in a chair outside of the bathroom and watching the assault.

She claimed that they left her in the bathroom alone and she later had to be helped out of the studio because she was in pain.

Then, Kane claimed she was taken to the airport for a flight back to Michigan.

The disgraced hip hop mogul — who sits in jail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York awaiting trial on a federal sex trafficking indictment — has denied Kane's accusations as well as the mounting allegations of violence and sexual misconduct against him.
