Pre-Game Badge Info Confirmation

I (Allen) suggest we send an in-character email to each team before the game to confirm we have their badge information correct. We can use this boiler plate text and then just cut and past the table from the draft name badge info spreadsheet that we'll make.

Security protocols require we issue each member of your group an individual name badge. Please confirm that we have the correct information for your members just as each would like it to appear on their badge.

Note that the table below also includes a column for email addresses. During our presentation we will be sending some timely emails to each group. Each member of your group who would like to receive these emails should include their address. At least one per group, please.
