Visited on 8/24 by Allen. Pictures below and they also sent a PDF of a brochure with more photos. They do host some performance art 14,000 sq. ft. total: ground floor and basement each about 7,000 sq. ft. plus a room upstairs around 1,700 and another about 1,900.
Expensive hourly rate, but they're willing to negotiate for weekend rental.
Close to Stockton/Sutter garage.
