ALL TEAM MEMBERS: If you have time to work on the project this week, you are welcome and encouraged to email your top priority task for the week to Allen. He'll include in the combined list. If you have time, but don't know what to do, then email Allen--he'll then have the team come up with suggestions at the next meeting.

STATUS

Sets--No news

Props--no news on science fair projects, portable tachyon detector, or high school newspapers. Melissa saw some lockers that had built-in locks. This would necessitate switching Prof. Chronos's prop from a bolt cutter to a crowbar...but either should clank nicely when dropped by Chronos at the very beginning of Act II.

Locations--No news

Graphics--No news on remaining logos

Video--No news; producer Sarah is back from Europe; Allen will meet with her to help her to jump start the efforts.

Web Sites--No news...waiting on logo designs.

COSTUMES

Melissa led brainstorming discussion of Tyresias's costume (played by Sean).

SOUND DESIGN

This was new member Ellen's first meeting. So we took the opportunity to review all aspects of her expertise (sound) throughout the Game. Also discussed the current status of Overheard Conversations.

PLAYTESTING

We had a very productive test of Wei-Hwa's "Design A Pep Ring" puzzle. It worked well and will serve as the basis of both the puzzle early in Act I and that Act's consolidation puzzle.
