FINAL SELECTION OF GAME DATE

We looked over the results of the Doodle poll, considered the weather and daylight...and chose 3/24-25/12 & 3/31/12-4/1/12 as our two game dates. 2/11-12/12 will be our full-length playtest.

Allen will work with the various time lords to develop working schedules that keep us going at a steady, but manageable pace, and get us done well in advance of the dates.

LOCATIONS

Erik reported on his substantial progress on contacting the various high schools near the Highlands Rec Center about renting their facilities for Acts II and III. It's a work in progress and he still needs to contact more private schools and more elementary schools. Sarah Kling is going to collaborate with him on this.

Meanwhile, Melissa revisited the Highlands site and took some measurements. She thinks that it is in the realm of possibilities that we could use the new buildings currently under construction + put up a tent on some of the remaining open land to host both the lab *and* high school sets on this one site. If this option works, it could prove cheaper and logistically easier for the players when they have to go through the time machine to the high school in Act III. We have also been worried that a high school might object to having a Diet Coke/Mentos "slime" squirt on its gym floor...but if we do that scene in an outdoor tent, there will likely be fewer objections.

PLAYTESTING

We tested the revised version of Time Weave.
