110407 Playtesting Yearbook V2 and Balance Sheet V2

RECRUITING

Allen reported very little response to the various technical director recruitment postings. Let's give it one more week and then think of new recruitment methodologies.

Allen reported that his videographer friend is probably not interested in devoting as much time and effort as will be required. So we'll probably have to recruit a videographer. SF State University students might be a fertile recruiting ground because they have a large film production department.

Allen will draft a list of graphic design needs. We will discuss at the next meeting.

PUZZLE STATUS

Sean reported no change in the status statistics since the last meeting.

FINANCES

We agreed that if anyone wants to spend more than $100 on behalf of our project that they should check in with Erik first. Other than that everyone should use their best frugal judgment about spending.

PLAYTESTING

We playtested the second versions of the Balance Sheet puzzle and the Yearbook puzzle, as well as started testing the third version of the Timeline puzzle.
