1/3/2012 Allen has made first contact--left a phone message. 1/6/2012 Allen spoke with her and got approval.

PARKING: Do not use the "visitor parking" under the building. Someone should scout parking. There is a surface lot (pay?) near the YMCA on Gorgas Drive. Probably street parking on Gorgas and Oreilly Ave.

Cathy suggests we review http://www.presidio.gov/ to see if there will be any events in the Presidio that might conflict/chew up parking.

Call Cathy the week before to remind her (but she has put it in her calendar and alerted security).
