31 weeks to go!

Allen, David, Erik, Ken, Melissa, and attended.

STATUS REPORTS

  • Allen has drafted ideas for how to "dress" the set for Wesley's childhood bedroom. Everyone is encouraged to review and revise the relevant section of the "Props" shared Google document.
  • Allen wrote down some initial ideas on how we might keep track of things on the day of game. Everyone is encouraged to review and revise the "Day Of Game" shared Google document.
  • Erik has made more progress on locations, i.e., made contact with several additional local schools. He'll have more to report shortly.
  • The task of creating the high school newspaper will soon get underway: Wei-Hwa volunteered to design it and Eric volunteered to write it. Thanks, guys!
  • Melissa will get 30 used lab coats...so all GC members can wear one on day of game.
  • The videographer who was going to film and edit the calibration puzzle ("Forrest Gump") has bowed out. So Allen and Sarah will recruit again. If anyone has videographer contacts, please send them our way.

HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE FAIR PROPS

Ken has read through the script and so is now more immersed in the plot, etc.--especially the role the science fair exhibits play. We discussed more attributes/constraints/requirements for the devices. Ken confirmed he now has what he needs to start coming up with ideas.

PLAYTESTING

We playtested the latest version of Password 2 puzzle (the mix tape puzzle).
