The time machine is now working. The time loop has been broken. But still Doctor When hasn't returned. (We may want to have Prof. Chronus discreetly slip off stage, too, so she can make a grand return with the Doctor.) As before the time loop needs to be completed, i.e., each team needs to reassemble its Jiffy Pop gadget and send it back in time to itself.
