Old school gym with four full basketball courts, (drained) olympic-size swimming pool, and miscellaneous other spaces.

Comments: When the Navy moved out, among the buildings they left was this old-school gym. It is currently still in operation, under the management of the city of Alameda.

They even have some old lockers lying unused in a back storage area.

I was given a tour by Rochel. She confirmed that they do rent it out, but she's not the agent. I will make contact next week.
