Comments: This is a well-known "do it yourself space." Lots of big Burning Man projects are created here. They also have a reputation for some crazy creative parties...which gives me hope that they would rent the space.
I've left several messages on their phone line, but none have been returned. I will email Michael Snook and see if that gets more response...
