I don't know whether there's an hourly rate. The BFUU charges $375 for the evening. (Not counting two refundable deposits.)
$6/person should get us close to that. If the turnout is low, we'll use the surplus we have from past Equinoxes to make up the difference. If the turnout is high, we'll add to the surplus.
As I write this, I'm thinking it might make more sense to charge $7, to cover plates and plasticware, now that we have someone in charge.
