An pulp science fiction story written by Doctor When is discovered in the past.
Detailed Description
After the accident, a scan of the historical record discovers a 1950s pulp science fiction story with anachronistic references to future time travel experts (Doctor Who, Bill & Ted, Doc Brown, etc.) and written by Wesley When (or Catherine Chronos). Perhaps Doctor When hid a message in it!
This puzzle is intended to engage the skills that a team of journalists are likely to have.
